Racially Nondiscriminatory Policy of Joyful Christian Preschool & Academy
JCPA adheres to a long-standing tradition and policy of not discriminating on the basis of race. The school admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
1. The Nondiscriminatory Commitment
JCPA complies with applicable federal and state laws and does not discriminate against students or employees on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin. The school actively solicits and enrolls students of any race and does not grant any preference or limitation based on race.
2. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all activities and programs administered by the preschool:

Student Admissions and Enrollment: Providing fair admissions opportunities to students of all races.

Educational Policies: Non-discrimination in access to and participation in academic and educational programs.

Scholarship and Financial Aid: Non-discrimination in the administration of scholarship and financial aid programs.

Extracurricular and Other Programs: Non-discrimination in participation in all activities, including sports, arts, and clubs.

Employment and Treatment of Staff: Non-discrimination in the hiring, promotion, compensation, and benefits of teachers and staff.
3. Complaint Procedure

Students, employees, or parents who have concerns or complaints regarding a violation of the Racially Nondiscriminatory Policy should follow the procedure below:
Reporting: Immediately report the concern, either verbally or in writing, to the [Name or Title of Administrator/Director].

Investigation: All complaints will be promptly and fairly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken.
No Retaliation: Any form of retaliation against an individual who files a complaint or cooperates in an investigation under this policy is strictly prohibited.
